Rene Shalita is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in credit risk analysis and portfolio management across diverse regions. Currently serving as the Senior Credit Officer and Head of Portfolio Management at Tribal since January 2022, Rene leads account management initiatives in the LatAm and MENA regions, focusing on the development and execution of key policies and credit programs. Prior to this role, Rene worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Konfío, conducting comprehensive credit analyses for various market sectors, and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where detailed credit evaluations were performed for opportunities in the SMB sector across Mexico, Peru, and Colombia. Rene holds a Licenciatura en Actuaría from the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, alongside certifications in German language and advanced English studies.
