Elr Mary Blake

Mary Blake, MA ELR, currently serves as the Employee Relations & Compliance Manager at Partners For Quality since March 2023. Prior to this role, Mary held various positions at the Jewish Association on Aging from March 2013 to October 2022, including Human Resources Director and interim roles in HR management. Mary’s career began at The Oaks Theater, where responsibilities included customer service as a cashier. Mary holds a Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution.
