Deepmalya Ghosh

Deepmalya Ghosh has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as an Executive Consultant/Coach at Partners for Rural Impact since October 2023 and as Principal at Deep Outcomes LLC since August 2019. Deepmalya has held significant roles such as Children & Family Fellow at the Annie E. Casey Foundation since March 2016 and involved with the Sterling Network NYC at the Robert Sterling Clark Foundation, Inc. since January 2018. Additionally, Deepmalya serves as a Senior Advisor for United Way of New York City and has worked as an Executive Coach with StriveTogether until December 2023. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and Associate Executive Director at The Child Center of NY, with a focus on programs impacting over 9,000 youth annually. Deepmalya has contributed to community revitalization efforts through engagement with the New York State DRI and Jamaica NOW, and has advocated for afterschool programs as an Afterschool Ambassador for the Afterschool Alliance. Deepmalya earned a Master's in Social Work from New York University and a BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
