Nick Jarvis Tan

Nick Jarvis Tan is the Founder and Principal Trainer at Xcelerate Training and Coaching Pte Ltd, where personalised programmes are delivered to enhance work-life balance, trust-building among colleagues, and workplace communication. With extensive experience as a Consultant and Executive Coach at Benjamin Barker Group, and as a Corporate Trainer at Singapore Institute of Technology, Nick focuses on leadership and people development. Additionally, as a Trainer and Facilitator for Special Olympics, coaching is provided to student athletes, while coaching services are also offered to Hawksburn Capital. Nick holds a degree in Behavioural Science from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
