Partners for Rural Impact
Regina Washington, DrPH, currently serves as the Director of Rural Impact Networks at Partners for Rural Impact, a position held since January 2023, after directing similar networks at Partners for Education at Berea College from March 2021 to December 2022. With extensive experience in public health, Regina provided consulting services as a Public Health Consultant from September 2010 to October 2021, specializing in health promotion and chronic disease program development. Previous roles include Director of Development and Health Programs at CenterLink, and various consultancy positions focusing on public health initiatives and policy. Regina's academic background includes a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of Kentucky, complemented by a Master’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree from Berea College. Regina's extensive expertise encompasses health disparity initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, and community-based health strategies.
