Renee Hargrove

Renee Hargrove, MBA, MLS, CSRM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Renee'smost recent role is as the Vice President of Human Resources, Operations, and Legal at Partners for Rural Impact since July 2022. Before that, they worked at the University of Cincinnati as a Business Officer from June 2017 to July 2022, overseeing strategic and operational functions in the Division of Student Affairs. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Executive Director at Berea College from April 2015 to May 2017, managing finance, operations, people services, family engagement, and grant services. Renee also has experience as the Director of Business Administration/CFO at DePaul Cristo Rey High School from January 2011 to July 2015, where they played a crucial role in establishing the school and managing fiscal and human resources. Earlier in their career, they held various managerial positions at companies such as EdisonLearning, Newton Learning, BusinesSuites, LLC, and The Regus Group.

Renee Hargrove, MBA, MLS, CSRM has a diverse education history. Renee earned their Masters of Legal Studies in Business, Compliance, and Employment Law from the University of Cincinnati in 2023. Renee also holds an Executive Education Certification in Non-profit Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, they completed their Masters in Business Administration from Strayer University in 2001, and obtained their BA in Accounting and Law & Society from Hood College in 1998. In terms of certifications, Renee earned the Certified School Risk Manager title from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in 2017.
