Lily Hamilton

Lily Hamilton, MSW, is the Associate Director at Partners for Sacred Places, overseeing the National Fund for Sacred Places which provides grants and support to historic houses of worship in the U.S. Prior to this role, Lily has experience in grant writing, program support, and community development with various organizations such as Fairmount Ventures, Bread & Roses Community Fund, and the Chicago Torture Justice Center. With a background in Social Work and Spanish, Lily has a strong foundation in serving communities and promoting social justice.
