Matthias Lindner

Matthias Lindner is an experienced tax professional currently serving as Lead Tax Counsel for Transaction Services and a member of management at Partners Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Matthias held various positions at PwC Deutschland, including Director and Senior Manager in Deals Tax, and also had a brief role at EQT Group in Tax & Structuring. Matthias’s background at PwC spans several years and includes positions in M&A Tax and the European Tax Group. Matthias began a career in tax at PwC USA as an intern in 2008 and holds a Master’s Degree from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
