Joe Shen

Joe Shen is currently the Executive Director at Alliance for Integrated Care of New York, LLC, the nation's only accountable care organization specializing in individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to their role at AICNY, Joe serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Care Design New York and Partners Health Plan, focusing on providing care management solutions for individuals with intellectual development disabilities. Joe has a diverse background in healthcare, technology, and leadership roles, with experience at organizations such as EmblemHealth, IBM, and Lante. Joe holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
