Rachel Minkoff

Rachel Minkoff, Ph.D., LMSW, currently serves as a Clinical Team Leader at Partners Health Plan. Prior to this, Rachel held various roles at organizations such as Wurzweiler School of Social Work, New York Cares, OHEL Children's Home and Family Services, and the City of New York. Rachel has a PhD in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work, along with a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in History from Yeshiva University. Rachel actively engages in volunteer work and has a strong background in social work and counseling.
