The Leadership Team at Partners Health Plan (PHP) is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission of serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This team oversees the strategic direction, operational management, and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, personalized Life Plans. By leveraging their collective expertise in areas such as care management, strategy, quality initiatives, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), the Leadership Team works collaboratively to enhance participant outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
