Kevin Castorena

Kevin Castorena is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing all aspects of new home construction, including budgeting, estimating, and contract negotiation. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Partners in Building since June 2021, Kevin previously held the position of Senior Construction Manager at both Taylor Morrison and Highland Homes from 2013 to 2021. Earlier career roles include Facilities Manager at the Houston Zoo, Construction Manager at McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., and Field Representative at Insurance Services Office. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Development from Texas State University, earned between 1993 and 1995.
