Steven Randolph

Steven Randolph serves as the Area Construction Manager for Intown and South/Southwest BOYL at Partners in Building since July 2011. In this role, Steven oversees the construction of custom residential homes within master-planned communities, collaborating with sales on project cost estimation and timelines, while ensuring quality and efficiency in vendor workmanship. Prior to this, Steven held the position of Construction Manager at Highland Homes, where responsibilities included coordinating with developers and establishing project proposals, as well as managing compliance with building codes. Earlier experience as a Construction Manager at Perry Homes involved coordinating home construction, scheduling, and addressing homeowner warranty issues. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston-Downtown.
