Christy Ann Lau, MSSW, currently serves as Vice President of Community Integration at Partners in Care Foundation, a position held since February 2016, where previous roles included Senior Director of the Community Wellness Department and Program Director for Health Self Management Programs. Prior experience includes Program Manager and Program Coordinator at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA - Division of Geriatrics, managing significant grant funding. Early career roles encompassed community operations at AARP, focusing on volunteer management and program coordination, as well as internships at The Caring Community and WISE and Healthy Aging, where Christy gained experience in case management and psychosocial assessments. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
