Bonnie Garrett

Bonnie Garrett has extensive experience in the nursing field, currently serving as an RN Hospice Case Manager at Partners In Care - Oregon since May 2017. Prior to this role, Bonnie worked as an RN at Deschutes Recovery Center from October 2016 to May 2017, where responsibilities included serving as the NOC charge nurse. Bonnie's nursing career began at St. Charles Medical Center from September 2008 to December 2016, where duties included working as a C.N.A. and unit secretary. Educationally, Bonnie earned an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Central Oregon Community College between 2010 and 2016 and holds a diploma in General Studies from Montgomery High School, completed in 1983.
