Chris Hunt

Chris Hunt has extensive experience in the field of child development and community services. Chris started their career in 2002 as the Director of Home Based Services at Educational Consultants of New England. Chris later became the Principal at the same company before moving on to work as the Professional Development Group Coordinator at maaps. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the Professional Development Manager at the Massachusetts Association of 766 Approved Private Schools. In 2010, they became the Early Learning Director at Community Teamwork, Inc., overseeing Early Head Start and Head Start programs with a budget of $11 million. In 2012, they worked as the Assistant Campaign Manager at Hunt for State Rep. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Division Director for Child, Family, and Adolescent Services at Community Teamwork, managing $20 to $22 million in federal and state funding. Currently, since 2017, they are the Executive Director at Partners in Child Development, responsible for ensuring high-quality therapeutic instruction and achieving the organization's mission of eliminating barriers to growth and development for children.

Chris Hunt completed their Bachelor's degree in History and Education from Wheaton College Massachusetts in 1999. In 2010, they earned a Masters degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate of Non Profit Leadership in Non-profit management and leadership from Boston University. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, General as a Johnson and Johnson head start fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles.
