Darlene Brown

Darlene Brown has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Darlene worked at The Professional Center for Child Development (PCCD) from 2019 to the present, initially serving as a Human Resources Specialist and later being promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources in July 2021. Prior to PCCD, Darlene worked at Baker Newman Noyes from 2016 to 2019, holding positions of Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Generalist. Before that, they worked at Lake Region Medical for a significant duration, from 2008 to 2016. At Lake Region Medical, they served as a Sr. Human Resources Coordinator, fulfilling various responsibilities such as offering support to the HR team, coordinating with the team to ensure consistency in processes and policies, managing the Rotational Engineer Program, handling new employee onboarding, and assisting with employee benefits programs. Darlene started their career at Patriot Energy Group in 2006 as an Operations Analyst and worked at Audiovox as an EDI Support Assistant from 2004 to 2006.

Darlene Brown obtained a Professional Coaching Certificate from the University of New Hampshire in 2019. In 2013, they pursued coursework towards a BA in Business Administration with an HR Emphasis at Kaplan University. Darlene completed their Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts with an English Emphasis from Suffolk County Community College between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they studied Human Resource Management at Southern New Hampshire University starting in 2013.
