Desiree Valdes

Desiree Valdes possesses extensive experience in grant contracts and compliance within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Grant Contracts Associate at Partners In Health since September 2021, Desiree previously held the position of Grants Specialist at Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces from December 2020 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, Desiree worked at the New York City Economic Development Corporation for six years, advancing from Project Manager to Assistant Vice President in Compliance. Additional legal experience includes positions as Law Clerk at Sanders Viener Grossman, LLP, and Legal Intern at multiple firms and organizations. Desiree holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from Florida International University.
