Frederick J. Duffy

Frederick J. Duffy, Jr., M.D. is a distinguished plastic surgeon and founding partner at Texas Plastic Surgery Associates and Texas Center for Breast Reconstruction, specializing in microsurgical breast reconstruction and addressing complex reconstructive challenges.
