Kelsey Heebink

Kelsey Heebink is currently the Director of Finance and Administration at Partners In Health since May 2023, and also serves as a Teaching Fellow for Non-profit Financial Stewardship at Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education and Strategic Finance for Non-Profit Leaders at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Kelsey has extensive experience in financial management, having held various analytical and leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Gift Administration with significant budgeting responsibilities at Harvard Graduate School of Education and Director of Finance and Administration at The Full Frame Initiative. Previous roles include Financial Analyst at Harvard University, where analytical work supported strategic financial planning, and data analysis roles at the City of Somerville. Kelsey earned an MBA in Public and Non-Profit Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Mathematics from Brown University.
