Robert Sonder

Robert Sonder has worked in a variety of roles in the foodservice industry since 1993. Robert began their career at Dick de Lange Beheer BV as the Statutair Directeur, where they oversaw the company's transition to become the largest supplier of kitchens and bathrooms in Noordoost-Nederland. In 1998, they moved to Ter Steege Handel BV as the Statutair Directeur, where they were responsible for the growth of the company from 4 to 15 locations. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Intergamma as the Directeur Programma Olympus and a member of the Board of Directors, where they were responsible for the implementation of the omnichannel strategy. During this period, they also worked at Partners In Leadership as a Facilitator, Consultant, and Coach. In 2015, they co-founded ArbingerNL as a Facilitator, Consultant, and Coach, and founded Ownpower as a Founding Partner. Since 2021, they have been the Directeur at Horequip Foodservice Architecture.

Robert Sonder's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Commercieel Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 1989 and 1993. Robert also attended Krauthammer International between 2000 and 2006. Additionally, Robert has obtained various certifications, including Outward Leadership from The Arbinger Institute in December 2019, The Outward Mindset from The Arbinger Institute in April 2019, Lead Culture from Partners In Leadership in October 2018, Accountability Builder from Partners In Leadership in January 2015, and Leadership Builder from Partners In Leadership in January 2015.
