Tom Smith has been working since 1989. Tom began their career as a NY Times Bestselling Author and Co-Founder of The Accountability Training & Consulting Co. at Partners In Leadership, Inc. Tom also served as an Author, Co Founder, and AdviEntrepreneur at Partners In Leadership, Millcreek Commercial, Chiz's Foods, and Everlights. From 2001 onwards, they have been providing Workplace Accountability, Leadership Development & Training, Executive Coaching, and Culture Change services at Partners In Leadership Accountability Training & Consulting for clients such as Prairie State College, NASULGC, National FFA Organization, Pierce College, SAIC University, Salt Lake Community College, Southside Virginia Community Co, and The Church of Jesus Christ of L.

Tom Smith has a Master in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
