Wais Achikzad

Wais Achikzad is the Founder and CEO of Xen Culture Solutions LLC, established in October 2022, where a unique combination of over 20 years of experience in the financial industry is utilized to enhance leadership development and foster cultural transformation within organizations. Prior to this venture, Wais Achikzad served as the North America Lead in Talent Acquisition at Morgan Stanley, overseeing the recruitment of top talent for the Investment Management and Institutional Securities Group. A significant career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. spanned from December 2007 to December 2021, holding multiple Vice President roles, including managing global hedge fund clients, oversight and controls for the corporate and investment bank division, and client onboarding. Wais Achikzad also worked at Goldman Sachs as a Collateral Management Consultant and held earlier positions at Morgan Stanley in client services. Wais Achikzad holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston University.
