Jorge Schwoelk

Jorge Schwoelk is a seasoned professional in the Basic Materials industries, specializing in metals and mining, steel, pulp and paper, chemicals, oil and gas, and electricity. Currently a Partner at Partners in Performance, part of Accenture since October 2020, Jorge previously held leadership roles in strategic planning and M&A at Tupy and served in various positions including Manager and Senior Associate at Partners in Performance. Earlier experience includes a Metals & Mining Specialist role at McKinsey & Company and research analyst positions at McKinsey and IBM.
