Donna Wilson

Donna is a life-long resident of Tioga County and spent twenty years as a successful business owner, and after that a retired financial planner, consultant, and manager. She is active in many community affairs—Partners In Progress, Laurel Health Systems, North Penn CHS, and her church. Donna is a married mother of 4, grandmother to 7, and great-grandmother to 3. Family is extremely important to her, and that extends to the PIP family. She is passionate about creating opportunities and supporting activities that will allow PIP Individuals to live lives of dignity and respect, with the satisfaction of contributing to our community and society. That is why she serves.
