Sue Sticklin currently serves as the Executive Director of the Tioga County Partnership for Community Health. Born and raised in Tioga County, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State, and a Master of Education from Mansfield University. Prior to working for the Partnership, she was employed by the Laurel Health System serving persons with developmental disabilities, implementing occupational health and wellness and information and referral programs, a youth recreation program, and two community fitness centers.
Sue is a graduate of the Tioga County Community Leadership Program Class of 2003 and served as co-facilitator of the Program from 2007-2009. She graduated from the Pennsylvania Rural Leadership Program (RULE) in 2007. She is a certified grant writer and reviewer, and is active in her community through the Penn State Master Gardener Program, Special Olympics, Partners In Progress, St. Peter’s Church and the Wellsboro Garden Club.
