Alexandra Derosa (Allie)

Alexandra (Allie) DeRosa is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in school leadership and instructional coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Improvement Partner at Partners in School Innovation since August 2021, Alexandra also works as a Certified Pilates Instructor at both CoreSpark Pilates and LOVE FOR PILATES. Prior roles include Assistant Principal at Gabriella Charter Schools and KIPP Baltimore Schools, alongside various positions at Baltimore City Public Schools, which encompassed leadership in teaching and instructional coaching. Alexandra's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Public School Building Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Master of Science in Urban Education and Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Bucknell University.
