Arnold Marais

Arnold Marais is an experienced IT professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in technology operations and customer servicing. Currently serving as the General Manager of IT Customer Servicing and Information Technology Operations at Partners Life since March 2021, Arnold leads critical IT operations and third-party services. Arnold also owns and directs Long Cloud BBQ, a part-time business focused on BBQ supplies. Prior to these roles, extensive experience at Bravura Solutions included various leadership positions in operations, professional services, and service delivery from April 1998 to November 2019. Arnold began a career at Liberty Life as a Senior Productivity Analyst from January 1990 to December 1997, and holds a Diploma in Organisation and Method Study from Tshwane University of Technology.
