Joseph Arnuld Falcon is a seasoned professional in Information Technology with extensive experience in service support and optimization. Currently serving as Senior Manager – Service Support and Optimisation at Partners Life since October 2017, Joseph has held multiple roles including Manager - Service Delivery and Planning and Senior Technical Support for Infrastructure. Prior to this, Joseph was an ITO Service Delivery Consultant II at DXC Technology and worked as a Windows Systems Administrator and Onsite Desktop Support Engineer at RMA Group of Companies. Joseph began the career in technical support at JMC Employment Agency and accumulated managerial skills as a Team Leader at Sykes, overseeing performance metrics and team training. Joseph holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of San Carlos.
