Paul Sorensen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul started their career as a Research Analyst for the United States Senate, where they conducted research on value-at-risk software derivatives-assessment tools and supported negotiations for The Office of the U.S. Senate. Paul then worked as a Research Associate for CSC Healthcare, now part of DXC Technology, where they specialized in healthcare research. Following that, they joined Bain & Company as a Summer Associate and later worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.
In 2000, Paul joined Bridgespan, Inc. as a Director of Business Development before moving on to become the President of Employbridge, a position they held for 15 years. During this time, they also served as the President of Fusion HealthCare Staffing and became a Board Member for the same company.
In 2016, Paul founded Createch - Creative + Tech Staffing, a company that aimed to provide innovative staffing solutions for digital marketing, interactive, and creative disciplines. Paul served as the Founder & CEO until 2021 when they joined Partners Personnel as the Chief Executive Officer.
Paul also has experience in the non-profit sector, as they served as the President of the France Paris Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2017 to 2020.

Paul Sorensen attended Brigham Young University from 1990 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Accounting and French. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School, obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing. In February 2017, they also obtained an advanced level certification in French fluency from Duolingo.
