Brianne O'brien

Brianne O'Brien has extensive experience in real estate closing, working as a Real Estate Closer at Partners Title since July 2013, and previously as an Executive Closer at WFG Lender Services. Prior to that, Brianne was an Escrow Officer/Curative Associate at Rels. Brianne's expertise includes preparing settlement statements, obtaining payoffs for liens, coordinating closing times and locations, preparing closing documents, and maintaining quality control. Brianne also has experience with title clearance and verifying judgments, liens, payoffs, probate issues, and IRS lien payments. Brianne attended North Hennepin Community College and Osseo High School for their education.
