Chrp Jimmy Atmadjaja

Jimmy Atmadjaja, CHRP has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jimmy started their career as an Independent Consultant at Career Direct Indonesia in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Business Developer at PT Changyou Technology Indonesia, where they created strategic partnerships with telecom companies and managed digital marketing agencies. From 2015 to 2017, Jimmy served as the Managing Partner at Velosity Indonesia, focusing on operational efficiency and creating custom job descriptions for startups. Later, they joined PT. SKY Parking Utama as the Head of Talent Management from 2017 to 2018, where they implemented training programs and organizational development initiatives. Currently, Jimmy holds the position of Country Director/Partnership Manager Indonesia at Partners Worldwide, starting from 2019.

Jimmy Atmadjaja, CHRP, attended Universitas Pelita Harapan from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations. In March 2018, they obtained the certification for CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional) from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
