Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF)
Ivan Frishberg serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Director of Impact Policy at Amalgamated Bank since January 2016. Frishberg is also a member of the U.S. Treasury's FSOC Climate Financial Risk Advisory Committee and has been active in various other organizations, including President of the Board of Directors for the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials, Vice Chair of the Net Zero Banking Alliance under the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative, and a board member of Confluence Philanthropy. Additionally, Frishberg contributes as an Advisory Panel Member for the Glasgow Finance Alliance for Net Zero and previously co-chaired the Working Group on Reporting and Target Setting for the Collective Commitment on Climate Action. Frishberg has prior experience as Director of the State Climate Hub and has held board roles in arts and climate organizations. Education was completed at Portland State University.

Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF)
PCAF is the first global initiative ever created by the financial sector that enables financial institutions to measure and disclose the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions financed by loans and investments. Measuring financed emissions is a foundational step in assessing alignment with climate scenarios and risks, setting science-based targets, informing climate actions and reporting on progress. As an industry-led partnership, PCAF facilitates transparency and accountability of the financial sector to the Paris Agreement.
