Liliana Pinete, MD, MPH has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Liliana began their career as a Research Assistant at a Child Psychiatry Clinic in 1992. Liliana then worked as a Program Manager at Save the Children UK and as a Resident Physician at County Hospital. In 1995, they served as a Physician at a Children's Orphanage before joining the University of Minnesota School of Public Health as a Graduate Research Fellow. Following this, they worked as a Consultant at Project Concern International and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at City University of New York. In 2002, they joined the Northern New Jersey Maternal Child Health Consortium, where they held roles as the Director of Quality Assurance and later as the Vice President of Program Development and Evaluation. Their most recent position has been as the Chief Operating Officer at the Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey, a role they have held since 2012.

Liliana Pinete, MD, MPH has a Doctor of Medicine degree from Victor Babeş University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Timişoara. Liliana also holds a Master in Public Health degree with a focus on Maternal and Child Health from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, they have completed the Executive Program in Not-for-Profit Management at Columbia Business School.
