Toniann Seals has a diverse professional background with experience in outreach, education, and student involvement. Currently serving as an Outreach and Education Specialist at the Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey since October 2021, Toniann previously held positions as a Cooperative Education Student at the USPS OIG and as a Community Director at Rider University. At Montclair State University, Toniann worked as a Program Manager for The Center for Student Involvement, focusing on event safety and crowd control, and as a Resident Assistant, overseeing the well-being of approximately 40 freshmen. Additional leadership roles include serving as the Archon (President) of Phi Sigma Sigma's Epsilon Theta Chapter and as a Risk Management Chair, ensuring the safety of chapter members. Toniann's internship experience includes work in the Special Victim's Unit at the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. Toniann holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from Rider University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University.
