Ethan Carr

Ethan partners with federal agencies to build leadership and management capacity, strengthen employee engagement, encourage innovation, and help improve government effectiveness. Ethan has 20 years of business and partnership development experience working with Federal, State and Local government, as well as multinational corporations to support process improvement and operation efficiency. His previous work included organizations like MasterCard Worldwide, Citibank and Schlumberger Industries. His passion for public service comes from his prior military background in logistics management and active community service work with his local church. Ethan’s favorite public servant is Ralph Bunch, he was a political scientist, diplomat, civil rights leader and first African American to be awarded a Nobel Prize.
