Shannon Carroll

Shannon Carroll has held various positions in different organizations. Shannon is currently working as a Transformation Project Manager at the United States Agency for Global Media since February 2023. Prior to that, Shannon served as a Senior Manager and Acting Director at the Partnership for Public Service. At the U.S. House of Representatives, Shannon worked as a Congressional Assistant and Congressional Intern. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
