Director, Just Energy Portfolio at Partnership for Southern Equity

Lavonya Jones has an extensive work experience history, focusing on promoting equity and social impact. Lavonya'smost recent position is as the Director of Just Energy Portfolio at the Partnership for Southern Equity. Lavonya Jones has a strong educational background in the field of Organizational Leadership. Lavonya earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree from Argosy University, specializing in Organizational Leadership, from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University from 2006 to 2008. Lavonya'sundergraduate education took place at Hampton University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Lavonya Jones has also obtained two certifications related to business coaching. Lavonya became an Extreme Business Success Coach and a Master Business Success Coach from the American Union of NLP in September 2014.
