Alysha Gardner is a Senior Policy Analyst at the Partnership for Strong Communities since May 2023, previously serving as a Budget Analyst at the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management from June 2022 to June 2023, where oversight of state rollout of federal ARPA funds for education and workforce development projects was a key responsibility.
