Andrew J. McMahon

Andrew J. McMahon is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the insurance and wealth management sectors. Currently serving as President, CEO, and Board Director of Guardian Life since December 2017, Andrew is dedicated to providing security to approximately 29 million Americans through effective insurance services. Andrew also holds prominent roles at Gryphon Investors as President and Executive Vice President, and as a Board Member for the American Council of Life Insurers and the Partnership for New York City. Previous experience includes founding Vitae Advisors LLC, serving on the board of The Phoenix Companies, and holding various senior positions at AXA US. Andrew's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Fairfield University, where Andrew is also a trustee.
