Nicklaus Salzman

Nicklaus Salzman is a seasoned business development and partnerships executive with extensive experience in building and scaling partnership functions across various companies. Currently serving as VP of Partnerships & Business Development at Pave, Nicklaus has developed a global ecosystem of over 300 partners, including major players such as Google Cloud and Morgan Stanley. Previously, Nicklaus held roles as Head of Global Partnerships at OneSignal, where a partnership network of more than 80 partners was established, and VP of Corporate Development at HYP3R, contributing significantly to its growth. Additional experience includes business development at Apple focused on iTunes and involvement with Partnership Leaders as an advisor and executive member. Nicklaus holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from Duke University.
