Rachael Rogers

Rachael Rogers, MBA, serves as the Senior Manager of Ecosystem Strategy and Analytics at GitLab, where responsibilities include leading global partner strategy and ecosystem analytics to align with executive priorities. In addition to this role, Rachael is an Advisory Board Member at Paai, an AI platform focused on enhancing partnership strategy, and serves as the Chapter Head for Boston at Partnership Leaders, an association for professionals in alliances and business development. Rachael is also a member of Athena Alliance, which supports women leaders, and is the founder and CEO of GameChangers, Inc., a non-profit aimed at advancing women's careers through professional development. Previously, Rachael held significant roles at HubSpot and Veracross, managing partner ecosystems and leading consulting practices respectively. Rachael holds an MBA from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, a Project Management Certification from the University of California, Irvine, and a BFA in Violin Performance from Covenant College.
