Dianne Na Penn

Dianne Na Penn is an accomplished product leader currently serving as Product Lead, Research at Anthropic since July 2023, where the focus is on enhancing user and developer engagement with Claude models. Concurrently, Dianne acts as an Industry Partner at Partnership on AI, beginning in December 2022. Prior experience includes a tenure as Head of Product at Amazon’s Alexa AI from July 2020 to July 2023, and a role as Staff Product Manager at Credit Karma from 2017 to 2020. Dianne founded and developed Refresh in 2014, and earlier at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2008 to 2012, was the only woman and person of color on a team managing a significant trading portfolio. Dianne holds multiple degrees, including an M.B.A. from Stanford University, and Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Science and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School, respectively.
