Maria Manning

Maria Manning is the Chief Financial Officer of the Partnership on AI, where she oversees finance, operations, people strategy, and contract management.

Prior to joining PAI, she established MLM Enterprises, Inc., a finance and operations consulting firm that provides support to nonprofits, pre-revenue start-ups, and publicly traded global companies. She is also a contributing voice to The Crossland Group whose services are rooted in dignity, belonging, and justice and driven by curiosity and deep listening. Maria has held leadership positions at Danforth Advisors, Cisco Systems, RSA Security LLC, Smith & Nephew, and Deloitte.

Maria earned a B.A. in Mathematics from Wellesley College, an M.B.A from the Babson College, Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and completed additional studies at M.I.T Sloan School of Management. She is an adjunct lecturer at Merrimack College, chair emeritus of the ACLU Massachusetts Foundation board, and former board member of the YMCA of Greater Boston.
