Marcus Daugherty is an accomplished mental health professional with extensive experience in leadership and program development within various organizations. Currently serving as President of the New York Association of Black Psychologists and Sr. Director of System Innovation and Quality at the Partnership to End Addiction, Daugherty has previously held significant roles such as Assistant Program Director at The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse, Clinical Supervisor at Services for the UnderServed, and various director positions at Palladia, Inc. In addition to work with the Mental Health Association of NYC and Urban Pathways, Daugherty's clinical expertise is supported by a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Hofstra University, alongside studies at SUNY New Paltz.
