Kelsey Soriano has extensive work experience in customer success roles. Kelsey is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at PartnerTap, where they lead the implementation of sales strategies and tools for enterprise customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Customer Success, Enterprise at Outreach, where they utilized automation and artificial intelligence to improve go-to-market activities.
Before that, Kelsey held various roles at Smartsheet, starting as a Customer Success Manager and working their way up to Senior Manager. Kelsey was responsible for managing large enterprise customers and leading a team of customer success managers. Kelsey implemented performance metrics and renewal review processes to improve customer engagement.
Kelsey began their career at ARRYVE, a management consulting firm, where they served as an Associate and Analyst. Kelsey gained experience in thought leadership, execution excellence, and creating innovative solutions for complex problems.
Kelsey also had experience in the real estate industry, working as a Portfolio Manager & Broker at Summerfield Commercial and as a Research Assistant at Summerfield Commercial and Equity Residential.
Kelsey is a graduate of the University of Washington, where they served as the President of the Certification of International Studies in Business Program, demonstrating their leadership and community outreach skills.
Kelsey Soriano has a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a Certificate of International Studies in Business from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. Kelsey also participated in the University of Washington Direct Exchange Program at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', where they studied Corporate Finance in Latin America and International Migrations. Before that, they attended Mountain View High School for their high school education. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2015. Kelsey also holds certifications in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Office Specialist: OneNote 2013 (obtained in February 2015), Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert 2010 (obtained in September 2014), and Microsoft Office Specialist: PowerPoint 2013 (obtained in November 2013). Additionally, they obtained an ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in March 2014.
