Debra Fryar

Debra Fryar has extensive experience in marketing, project management, and business analysis, currently serving as Director of Marketing at Partnet, Inc. since September 2008, where efforts focus on enhancing the company's presence in the Defense Community. As Program Project Manager, Debra leads the development of the Integrated Casting Order Network (ICON) for the Non-Ferrous Founder's Society, providing an innovative e-sourcing solution. Additionally, Debra owns Michigan Information Systems Solutions, a women-owned small business offering consulting and software development services for government contracts. Previous roles include Product Manager at Malta Systems, specializing in healthcare technology solutions, and DOD EMALL Program Manager at the Defense Logistics Agency. Debra holds a Business Management Certificate from Simmons College and a BS in Psychology from Western Michigan University.
