Hope Lippiatt-Mills currently serves as the Third in Charge and Room Supervisor at Just Childcare Ltd since August 2023. Prior to this role, Hope held the position of Supervisor and Early Years Practitioner at Happy Days Nurseries & Pre-Schools from October 2019 to August 2023. Hope is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education with QTS at Birmingham City University, expected to be completed in 2024, and previously obtained a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from City of Bristol College between 2018 and 2020.
