Tadd Walford has a background in Civil and Structural Engineering, with experience working at Cardno and Partridge Engineers. Starting as a Graduate Engineer, Tadd worked their way up to a Senior Structural Engineer and eventually a Structural Section Leader. Tadd is currently an Associate responsible for leading structural engineering activities and contributing to the growth of the practice. Tadd holds a Diploma of Project Management and a BE (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Sydney.
