Kami Bond

Kami Bond is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at PartsSource Inc. and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware, Kami Bond is dedicated to shaping future HR professionals while also leading talent strategy and culture initiatives across disruptive and growth-oriented organizations. As Founder & CEO of Bond Talent Group, focus is placed on collaboration with executives to enhance leadership development, diversity, and engagement strategies. Past roles include senior positions at Level Ex, Uptake, Cielo Talent, Aon, and GE Healthcare, where significant contributions were made in talent management, organizational culture transformation, and leadership development. Academically, Kami Bond holds a Master’s degree in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware.
